Review:

Dreamwalker is the first book in the paranormal romance series Persephone's League of Immortals. The book focuses on Noel Kennedy whose life is turned upside down when she begins dreaming of a sexy stranger and then actually meets him in real life. Throw in Boone - another sexy stranger - and things in Noel's life are changed forever. Will she risk everything for a shot at love?

I found the description and concept of this book to be very interesting. The story was full of mystery, romance, and adventure. The writing was a bit slow at times, but the plot was really engaging. I felt that the dialogue seemed a little forced at times - it didn't feel natural. The characters were intriguing but didn't have a lot of depth and little growth occurred throughout the novel. I liked the hidden history and magical world that the author creates - I feel it added a unique aspect to the book that sets it apart from others in the genre.

About the Author:
I am a biology nerd who decided it was more fun writing than dissecting. I have written two novels and my third will be out this summer. I live on coffee and read like a robot. My husband and two Italian greyhounds usually have to tear me away from the computer...imagine that. :)
