A survival expert like Bear Grylls. I’m sure I’d be ready to give up in no time, but if Bear Grylls was there, he’d be upbeat and find ways to keep us alive, in spite of the storm.
Someone like George Clooney who’d tell smart, funny stories and keep the mood upbeat.
Someone with a strong spiritual presence like Brother David Steindl-Rast, a Catholic and Benedictine monk and interfaith scholar who would keep my spirit strong in spite of the storm.
My mom, although sadly she passed years ago, because in the face of a category 5 hurricane, you need the comfort of having your mom around.
My husband, because he’s my best friend.
