10. The name Adeline came from Ann Radcliff’s The Romance in the Forest, one of the author’s all time favorite gothic novels.
9. Changi Prison once constructed as a civilian jail in 1936 now holds the most serious criminal offenders in Singapore. It serves as the detention site for death row inmates, who are executed by hanging.
8. While working on Wanted, Amanda listened to In This Moment album Blood on repeat.
7. Amanda didn’t tell anyone about Wanted until it was about to be published.
6. All of the settings featured are real places that the author has never been to.

3. Healdsburg, CA was chosen because of its slight isolation, connection to the art/wine community, and its municipal airport.
2. Amanda wrote Wanted in about 3 weeks, but spent at least 3 months editing.
1. Wanted is partially inspired by the Greek myth of Hades and Persephone.
When she isn’t writing or reading, Amanda can found indulging in film noir or hiking with her other half and their extremely spoiled dog. She is obsessively working on her next book and trying to tame her caffeine addiction.

Wanted sounds kind of strange, but I'd definitely give it a try. The synopsis sets the story up for a ton of interesting possibilities for the plot. I want to see where it goes.
