It's almost time for Bout of Books to start again! I actually am just wrapping up another readathon (you can read my wrap up post below) and I can't wait to start a new one. I love participating in these things because it gives me a little extra incentive to read more than normal. This one's going to be a little tricky because my Fall semester of Grad school starts on Monday, and my husband and my 5th anniversary is on Friday - and we're hoping to go away for the weekend. I'll try to squeeze in as much reading as I can and see how far I get!
I don't normally do a number goal for readathons - my goal is always to read as much as I can. That being said, here are some books that I'm hoping to read for this event:
Obviously, I won't be able to read all of these, but I'm hoping to get some of the ones I REALLY want to read in. :)
Are you participating in Bout of Books? Link me up to your goals and good luck!

Good luck! I'm participating this year too and it's the first read-a-thon I've done. I definitely need to though because I'm painfully behind. I'm excited to hear your thoughts on Of Beast and Beauty. So far, it's my favorite of 2013. Bone Season is on my list for the read-a-thon too. I also really want to read Some Quiet Place and Chaos of Stars but don't have them yet.
ReplyDeleteAh good luck, these are some great books! I hope you get through a lot of them :D

My goals
You have some really awesome books to read there. I can't wait to read The Coldest Girl in Coldtown and Of Beast and Beauty. Good Luck with your goals and I hope you read through all these books =).

Lots of great picks. I have The Darwin Elevator on my list of things to read soonish too. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you read that many books in ONE DAY. Or that many pages. My life would be so much better if I could read that fast!
