Five Little Angels is a colorful and fun picture book that tells the story of five angels in heaven watching people on earth do nice things for one another. The story was well written and has a great message for kids of all ages. I prefer picture books that have a rhyme or rhythm to them and this one didn't. That's just a personal quirk and doesn't reflect poorly on the writing or the story. The illustrations were on every page - either as full page pictures or as little drawings to accompany what was happening in the story. They were colorful and appeared to be hand-drawn, which I thought made the book feel more personal. I recommend this book to little children who enjoy being read to and to kids who are learning to read on their own.
